Review long overdue!
This company has all of the appeal of a small business (flexibility, customer satisfaction, personal touch), with the benefit of big business capabilities (competitive pricing, outstanding quality, guaranteed performance).
Roko has serviced my personal unit for four seasons. No nonsense, no upsell, no smoke. He has always steered me toward failure free operation. If he says the capacitor is on the way out, I can see the readings on his equipment. I have a fan motor that has lost some performance, evident through upper limit current readings. That is what I appreciate, and why his service is invaluable to me and my family.
I have saved the best part for last. My pastor (Abundant Grace) spent several hundred dollars last season to service his unit. This season, he was crushed to find the unit completely inoperable. I knew The Cool Dude would know what to do. After verifying the system had several failures, including stuck valves and zero freon, he confided that the unit was a stinker in general with multiple high failure rate items. It would be a case of throwing good money after bad, not to mention 2/3 the cost of a new unit installed. The choice was simple.
Here's where these guys really shine. There was a space in the schedule for a next day install. You gotta be kidding, right? No pressure, no hard sell. The choice was simple, the price was right.
Nine A.M. The next morning, a crane arrives. Three great guys carefully dismantled the old plenum connecting the unit to a defunct swamp cooler, and craned the ALL of the giant equipment off the roof. A brand new plenum, and stand, matched to the slope of the roof, was fabbed the day before and mounted beautifully. On top was lowered a brand new, high efficiency, single unit five ton Goodman manufactured locally... Bonus! (Support local businesses)
Each step of the process included high quality insulation materials, sealants, electrical connections, precision mounting, very impressive work. Everything you would want to see going on your own home. Two and one half hours, start to finish.
The Cool Dude gets our support, and our appreciation.
